The Star 648TSPF gas griddle is an ideal solution to cooking in any kitchen. Cook your food perfectly on the 1" thick steel plate while keeping your workspace clean thanks to the stainless-steel build, spatula wide front grease trough, and grease chute. This Star-Max griddle's embedded snap-action thermostat adjusts to any temperature between 150° to 450° with ease and adjusts to any temperature change. The cool to the touch stainless-steel bull nose front allows you to control the griddle safely. This Star gas griddle is shipped for natural gas service but comes with an LP conversion kit and reversible regulator.
