The Star 724TA electric griddle is reliable and efficient way to cook a variety of different foods on a countertop unit. The griddle is made of a corrosion resistant stainless-steel and a polished steel 1" thick griddle plate. Heat each 12" section individually to any temperature between 150°F and 450°F with the electric snap-action thermostats. Clean up is easy with this Star electric griddle thanks to the grease drawers and splash guard. The griddles will be ready to hard-wire to an appropriate electrical connection.
