The Star 824TA gas griddle makes cooking on a wide variety of foods simple. This griddle is strong and reliable as it is made of a corrosion-resistant stainless-steel base. A 1" thick polished steel griddle surface ensures even cooking every time. Every 12" section includes an independent temperature control, burner, and standing pilot on the unit's 1" thick polished steel griddle surface for even cooking of a variety of products at the same time. Control the temperature with mechanical snap-action thermostats which use sensors embedded 0.1875" from the cooking surface every 12" for precise temperature control that allows for an operating range between 150°F and 550°F. This Star gas griddle is easy to clean with its rear and side splash guards and grease trough. Comes in LP or natural gas - specify when ordering.
