With a 0.75-inch thick polished steel griddle plate and individually controlled heating elements for every 12-inch section, this unit ensures even heat retention across its surface. The thermostatic controls allow for precise adjustments between 150°F and 450°F, making it perfect for cooking eggs, pancakes, burgers, and more.

Constructed with a stainless steel front, sides, and bullnose, this griddle is built for durability and easy cleaning. A 3.25-inch-wide grease trough spans the front for efficient grease collection, while the full-width grease drawer makes cleanup simple. The TMGE36 is hardwired for 208/240V service and includes 4-inch stainless steel adjustable legs for stability.
