Maximize station efficiency with a top rail that holds twelve 1/6 pans (4" deep pans included) and drawer storage designed to keep backups ready. Top drawers accommodate up to nine 1/6 pans each, while bottom drawers hold up to six 1/6 pans per drawer (pans not included). Both the rail and drawers accept up to 6" deep pans for flexible menu builds.

Built for daily production, it features a full-length reversible cutting board, a stainless steel exterior, and a rugged interior/exterior combination engineered for heavy use. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/4 HP compressor delivers dependable performance, while 4" casters simplify cleaning and layout changes.
