Stage, chop, and assemble on the full-length reversible cutting board, then reload fast using four high-capacity drawers. The top rail arrives ready with thirty 1/6 pans (4" deep), while drawers accept up to eight 1/6 pans each to support varied menus and dayparts. Six 4" casters let you reposition for cleaning or layout changes without disrupting service.
