The 82-3/8 inch base is topped by an 84 inch, one-piece 300 series 18 gauge stainless steel surface with a V edge for a clean, durable work area. Four drawers keep ingredients organized and close: the left drawer accommodates three and the right drawer accommodates two 12 inch x 20 inch x 4 inch pans (pans not included). Built for daily use, it features a stainless steel front and sides, an aluminum back, and an aluminum interior with a stainless steel floor for easy cleanup. Rolling on 4 inch castors, the unit moves easily for service and sanitation. Efficient R290 hydrocarbon refrigeration is driven by a 1/3 HP system drawing 4.4 amps on 115v/60/1-ph with a NEMA 5-15P plug.
