The True Mfg. TSSU-36-15M-B-HC is a mega top sandwich/salad unit engineered to keep ingredients accessible and prep moving during peak service. It accommodates fifteen 1/6 size, 4" deep poly pans beneath a stainless steel insulated cover, helping maintain product readiness between orders. An 8-7/8" deep cutting board provides a dedicated assembly area adjacent to the rail for streamlined workflow. Below, two full doors open to an aluminum interior with a stainless steel floor and four PVC-coated adjustable wire shelves to organize backup items. The exterior features a stainless steel top, front, and sides for long-lasting performance and easy cleaning. Refrigeration uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with a 1/4 HP system operating on 115v/60/1 at 4.5 amps, connected via a NEMA 5-15P. cULus and UL EPH Classified and made in USA, this model supports efficient, consistent production on the line.
