This heated cabinet has its entire structure and door sealed with foamed in place Ecomate, not allowing any cold air from the outside enter. Staying environmentally friendly, this unit kept warm with high density, polyurethane insulation, which scores a zero for global warming potential (GWP) and a zero for ozone depletion potential (ODP). Magnetic door gasket seal the stainless steel door shut, completely enclosing this item.

This heated cabinet is NSF-4 compliant, meaning it is safe to store open food in this device. The stainless steel ramp is extremely convenient for stocking this unit, as users can just roll their inventory directly in. Interior bumpers protect this item from receiving heavy damage that can be caused from roll in carts. Intended to host cooked products, this heated cabinet is not designed to heat or prepare cold food.
