Designed for high-volume operations, this 2-door unit organizes up to 18 1/6-size pans beneath a stainless steel insulated cover to keep ingredients fresh and accessible. True’s exclusive forced-air refrigeration maintains a consistent 33–41°F using eco-friendly R134A refrigerant, while foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation maximizes cold holding efficiency. A removable white polyethylene cutting board spans the full width to create a sanitary, dedicated prep surface. Durable stainless steel front, top, and sides with an aluminum back pair with an aluminum interior and stainless steel floor for easy cleaning and long service life. Four adjustable, PVC-coated wire shelves add flexible storage in the cabinet. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration and 2-1/2" casters simplify placement and service.
