A stainless steel insulated cover and hood help maintain freshness and reduce condensation, while an exclusive forced-air system and low-velocity, high-volume evaporator fan deliver uniform cooling between 33°F and 41°F. The stainless steel front, top, and sides pair with an aluminum back for durability; inside, a clear-coated aluminum liner and stainless steel floor support fast, sanitary cleanup. Each drawer accepts two full-size 12" x 20" x 6" pans (not included) for ample reserve storage, and the removable cutting board streamlines assembly. Energy-saving R134A refrigeration and foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation enhance efficiency.
