The True TFP-72-30M-D-2 is a three-section, self-contained sandwich/salad unit that keeps ingredients organized and within reach. The top holds (30) 1/6 size (4" D) poly pans beneath a stainless steel insulated cover, and an 8" D x 1/2" thick cutting board provides a sturdy work surface. Two doors and two drawers offer flexible access; each drawer accommodates (1) 12" x 20" x 6" pan (not included), and the cabinet includes (4) adjustable wire shelves. Durable materials include a stainless steel front, top, and sides with an aluminum back, plus an aluminum interior with a stainless steel floor. Performance is driven by rear mounted, self-contained refrigeration with a 1/3 HP motor. Electrical: 115v/60/1, 5.1 amps, NEMA 5-15P. The unit moves on 2-1/2" castors for positioning and cleaning. cULus and UL EPH Classified. Made in USA.
