Its top mount self-contained refrigeration keeps the evaporator away from floor debris, while the stainless steel interior and exterior with galvanized top and bottom stand up to demanding back-of-house use.

Performance-focused controls include a digital temperature controller with USB temperature data storage, a self-cleaning condenser device, and a self-diagnostic monitoring system. Automatic fan motor delays and a hot gas condensate system support efficient operation. Two locking solid doors, heavy duty hinges and handles, LED interior lighting, and three stainless steel wire shelves help organize product and speed workflows.
