The Turbo Air PST-48-12M-N-CL PRO Series sandwich/salad mega prep + work station supports fast, organized prep with a two-section, rear-mount refrigeration system in a 48-1/4"W x 34"D footprint. A clear lid and cold bunker system protect (12) 1/6 size, 4"-deep pans to maintain ingredient temperatures, while LED interior lighting and fan control enhance visibility and airflow. The 9-1/2" deep cutting board provides a dedicated assembly space, and (2) solid hinged swing doors with locks secure contents behind an aluminum door liner and (2) stainless steel shelves. A digital temperature control and monitor system and a self-cleaning condenser support temperature management and simplified maintenance. Built with a stainless steel interior and exterior with a galvanized bottom, this 15.0 cu. ft. unit uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/5 HP compressor.
