The Turbo Air PST-72-N-GL is a pro series sandwich/salad prep table with a glass lid and a rear mount self-contained compressor. It offers 19.0 cu. ft. of capacity and space for 18 pans across two sections. A 6-1/4" deep cutting board with side rail supports assembly, while (2) solid hinged swing doors with locks and an aluminum door liner secure ingredients. The stainless steel interior and exterior with a galvanized bottom are paired with (2) stainless steel shelves. It includes a digital temperature control & monitor system, a cold bunker system, and LED interior lighting & fan control. A self-cleaning condenser and R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant support dependable performance.
