At just 21.1 inches wide, this countertop workhorse frees hood space while turning out consistent results across dayparts. Chefs can deploy it anywhere an exhaust hood isn’t practical, boosting throughput without sacrificing quality.

Program and standardize up to 256 recipes to streamline workflows during rush periods. Quickly toast and melt sandwiches, finish pizza slices, and reheat appetizers with even browning aided by the fully insulated cook chamber and bottom jet plate. A pull-down door with ergonomic handle and side hand grips support fast, safe operation.

Daily care stays simple with a removable rack and grease collection pan, plus included baskets, paddle, sprayers, and baking stone with oven rack. The internal catalytic converter delivers ventless operation, while stainless steel front, top, and sides stand up to heavy use.
