The one-section cabinet accepts a full-size speed rack or a combi cart, letting you move trays directly from cooking to chilling without repanning. A 7" digital touch screen with HACCP data tracking streamlines program selection and recordkeeping.
Achieve precise results with a -40°F to 50°F range and dedicated cycles for soft chill, soft freeze, hard freeze, thawing, holding, and end-of-cycle hold. The multi-core probe with four reading points monitors product temperatures for consistent outcomes across varied loads. An epoxy-coated, sealed evaporator supports reliable refrigeration with R452A.
Optimize workflow with the included 5-1/2" ramp and interior side racks for smooth roll-in loading. Maintenance is straightforward with autodefrost and a removable door gasket, while the AISI 304 stainless steel interior and exterior withstand heavy use. A remote condensing unit is included (assembly required) to complete the installation.
