Organize ingredients in two drawers, each designed to hold two 12" x 20" x 6" pans (not included) for fast swaps between rushes. Full electronic control helps you dial in operation, while the side-mounted, self-contained system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/2 HP drive.
Built for durability with a stainless steel exterior (galvanized back and bottom) and an aluminum interior, it withstands the rigors of daily service.
