Powered by V-Core™, this three-section, self-contained system holds 75.9 cu. ft. to stage pans, bulk ingredients, or plated items where you need them. Position it between back-of-house and the line to speed handoffs and maintain product temperatures.

Twelve half-height solid doors let staff access only the section they need. Nine silver freeze (chrome-style) shelves and bright LED lighting keep contents visible and organized. TOUCH POINT™ electronic temperature control/indicator makes setpoints and checks fast for chefs and managers.

Durable stainless steel inside and out withstands daily use in busy operations. The self-contained refrigeration with expansion valve technology and a 1/2 HP system provides dependable performance without remote lines. Santoprene door gaskets and stainless steel breakers add long-lasting sealing and protection; this unit is UL, cUL, and UL EPH Classified and made in the USA.
