Stage up to fifteen 1/6-size pans beneath the hinged, insulated flat lift-up lid, and slice or assemble on the 10-inch white polyethylene cutting board. Locking divider bars keep pans secured, and full electronic control simplifies operation through busy service.

A self-closing stainless steel door, two epoxy-coated shelves, and a stainless steel front, door, and sides withstand daily kitchen demands. Rear-mount refrigeration uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with a 1/6 HP compressor. Made in the USA and listed cULus, UL EPH Classified, and UL-Sanitation, it’s a smart fit for delis, pizzerias, cafés, and campus dining.
