The Victory VSP48HC-12 is a 48" two-section sandwich prep table designed to keep your make line moving. Its stainless top accepts (12) 1/6 size pans and pairs with a 10" white polyethylene cutting board so chefs can assemble sandwiches, salads, and wraps in one efficient station.
A hinged, insulated flat lift-up lid shields ingredients between rushes, while full electronic control lets operators adjust settings with ease. Two self-closing doors with Santoprene gaskets and four epoxy-coated shelves help teams organize and quickly replenish backup product.
Built with stainless steel doors, front, and sides and an aluminum interior, it stands up to daily service. Rear-mount, self-contained refrigeration powered by V‑Core uses R290 refrigerant and a 1/6 HP compressor to support cold holding and smooth workflow. Made in USA.
