This three-section, 72-inch unit delivers 20.0 cu. ft. of capacity and a stainless rail that holds 18 1/6-size pans under a hinged, insulated flat lid. A 10-inch white polyethylene cutting board and full electronic control help crews build consistent, high-quality sandwiches and salads through busy services.
Speed service with a flexible layout: one self-closing door with two epoxy-coated shelves plus four drawers. The upper drawers accept two 4-inch-deep pans and the lower drawers accept two 6-inch-deep pans (pans not included), keeping proteins and produce organized at the line. Locking divider bars secure pans for fast changes between dayparts.
Built for daily demands, the cabinet features stainless steel door, front, and sides with an aluminum interior and durable Santoprene gaskets backed by a 2-year warranty.
