This four-section, 118-7/8" wide unit delivers 40.12 cubic feet of capacity in a side-mounted, self-contained design that frees up workspace. Powered by V-Core™, it keeps ingredients within arm’s reach for busy cooklines, banquet plating, and commissary production.

Organize ingredients the way your menu works. Six drawers with telescoping slides and locks pair with one self-closing door and two epoxy-coated wire shelves, so teams can stage proteins, produce, and garnishes. Drawers accept 4" or 6" deep pans (not included) to speed changeovers between dayparts.

Dial in temperatures with full electronic control and rely on R290 Hydrocarbon refrigeration and a 1/3 HP system for efficient performance. A 1/2" thick stainless steel top, stainless steel door/front/sides, and an aluminum interior stand up to heavy daily use, while Santoprene gaskets carry a 2-year warranty.
