The Victory VURD72HC-4 is a three-section undercounter refrigerator engineered to organize high-volume prep and service. Spanning 72 inches wide with 21.5 cubic feet of capacity, it combines a self-closing door, four drawers, and two shelves for fast access to ingredients. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration eases placement and routine service.

Place it on the cookline to keep mise en place within arm's reach, or use the drawers to stage 4" or 6" deep pans for banquets and catering (pans not included). The door section with epoxy-coated wire shelves suits bulk containers, backups, or garnishes.

A 1/2" thick stainless steel top provides a sturdy work surface, while stainless front and sides and an aluminum interior handle daily demands. Full electronic control and Santoprene gaskets with a 2-year warranty streamline operation and maintenance. Powered by V-Core™ and using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with a 1/4 HP system, this unit is built for professional kitchens.
