The Vollrath 38103 ServeWell steam table offers three wells with durable stainless steel construction and thermostatic heat controls for precise temperature holding.
Built with heavy-gauge stainless steel for strength and longevity, this steam table features thermoset fiber-reinforced resin wells that are self-insulating and easy to clean. Dome heating elements transfer heat efficiently, while capillary tube thermostats ensure energy is only used when needed. Wide no-drip lips keep the surface dry, and individual brass drain valves simplify operation and cleaning.
Operators benefit from thermostatic heat controls that adjust automatically to food volume and water temperature changes, reducing waste and improving consistency. The low-water indicator light provides added safety, while the standard plate shelf and cutting board increase convenience for foodservice operations.
