The Vollrath V-Class 69718S-1-VCR combines emission control, serving-line protection, and integrated cooking into a streamlined, mobile platform. An 18-inch tempered curved breathguard preserves sightlines while helping shield food, and the downdraft recirculating vent captures smoke and grease at the source.

Engineered for demanding foodservice operations, the system uses two grease and two carbon/particulate filters to manage effluent. An integrated ANSUL R-102 fire suppression system elevates safety readiness. It meets UL710B Section 59 requirements and NSF4 sanitation standards to support compliance-minded operations.

Optimize workflow with the included 59501 Mirage drop-in range and a rectangular countertop cutting board positioned on the non-induction side (left or right). Stainless kickplates and 5-inch casters with adjustable legs promote durability, mobility, and easy leveling.
