Power busy service lines with the Vollrath CBGMD-36 medium-duty countertop gas charbroiler. Three burners spaced every 6 inches focus 120,000 BTU across reversible grill plates for consistent searing from end to end.
Switch between radiant and lava rock configurations to match menu goals; the lava rock kit is sold separately. Manual metal control knobs with adjustable flame let cooks create zones for steaks, burgers, skewers, or vegetables.
A 3-inch backsplash, tapered side splashes, and a removable drip tray help contain grease and speed cleanup. Stainless construction and 4-inch legs support daily use while keeping the unit easy to position on crowded cooklines.
