The Vollrath FC-4CSP-02120-R features a top-mount, flanged, fabricated short-side cold-pan design with two wells to hold multiple chilled items at once. It accommodates standard pans up to 6" deep, making it ideal for salad bars, cafeterias, and deli lines.

Streamline workflow with a remote on/off switch on a 4 ft (1.2 m) cord, placing control right where staff work. A 1" integral drain accelerates end-of-shift cleanup and helps keep the station dry.

Built for high-volume duty, the 20-gauge galvanized steel exterior housing stands up to daily service, while an under-drip-edge gasket helps contain condensation. The R290, 1/5 HP refrigeration system delivers efficient, reliable cooling and is NSF and cULus listed; made in the USA.
