The Vollrath GGMDM-48 medium-duty flat top gas griddle powers busy service with a 1-inch thick polished plate and 112,000 BTU of cooking performance. Four stainless burners deliver 28,000 BTU per 12-inch section to promote even heating and responsive recovery. Sear burgers, brown hash, and finish sandwiches with consistent results across a 48-inch surface.

Rely on durable manual controls, protected by metal knobs and heavy-duty knob guards, to fine-tune output during rush periods.
