The Vulcan K6ETT Tilting Kettle is a highly efficient and durable solution for commercial kitchens requiring large-scale cooking capabilities. This 2/3 jacketed kettle has a true working capacity of 6 gallons, making it ideal for preparing soups, stews, sauces, and more in bulk. The stainless steel construction, including a 316 series stainless steel liner, ensures long-lasting performance and resistance to corrosion, even when cooking acidic foods.

This kettle features a convenient tilting mechanism, operated by a stainless steel tilt handle that can be mounted on either the right or left side, allowing for easy pouring and precise control. The kettle tilts to a full 100 degrees for complete emptying and cleaning. The control console, located on the right side, is splash-proof and includes essential controls like a power switch, temperature control, vacuum/pressure gauge, and low water shut-off. Designed to operate at a maximum of 50 psi, this kettle is versatile and powerful enough to meet the demands of any commercial kitchen.

With safety and functionality in mind, the Vulcan K6ETT is equipped with a cleaning lock, stainless steel faucet bracket, and removable electric elements that are field serviceable. The kettle is shipped for 208V/3-phase electrical service but can be field converted to 240V/3-phase or single-phase, providing flexibility for various kitchen setups.
