Vulcan VMCS-101 Product Details
The Vulcan VMCS-101 Rapid Recovery griddle clamshell hood accelerates cook cycles and evens top heat on the griddle. Its 9/16"-thick composite plate covers a 10.4" x 22.9" area to deliver consistent browning for melts, proteins, and breakfast builds.
Set precise results with thermostatic control from 200–450°F, while LED indicator lights signal status at a glance. A plate gap adjustment accessory and two Teflon sheets help you handle delicate items and speed clean release.
Built with a stainless steel front, top, and sides plus an anodized aluminum arm, this electric unit is made for daily line service. At 3.6 kW, 208V, single-phase, it fits common power supplies and carries NSF and cCSAus listings.
