The Waring WPO100 countertop pizza oven can accommodate loaves of bread and other taller items and can handle a pizza with a diameter of 14 inches. A ceramic pizza stone that is included in the set absorbs moisture from the pizza dough to produce crispy crusts and effectively retains heat to guarantee that pizzas cook evenly on the top and bottom. 

The ceramic deck of the oven may be used to cook food directly, including pizza and bread. A heavy-duty grill brush is also provided with the oven so users can clean the deck without harming it. The Waring WPO100 commercial pizza oven has an oven light to improve vision and allow for product observation through the tempered glass door.
