The Waring WPO350 commercial pizza oven has two baking chambers that can each hold a 14-inch pizza. These decks have replaceable ceramic pizza stones with 3.5-inch-tall holes that soak up moisture from the pizza dough to produce a crispy crust. To improve visibility and allow staff to see the pizza via the tempered glass doors, oven lights are shone in the decks.

On the mechanical dials, the Waring WPO350 countertop pizza oven's temperature can be changed from 280 to 600 degrees Fahrenheit. To keep track of the baking process, operators can set 15-minute timers. When the chosen time has passed, an audio sound alerts adjacent workers.
