The Wells WV-FG ventless cooktop makes the most of available space by bundling a 15-pound fryer and griddle into one unit beneath a hood system. The griddle and fryer both have thermostatic controls. For the fryer, half-size baskets are provided. The user can store necessary supplies and equipment with the help of the stainless-steel cabinet base. Through double-hinged cabinet doors, it is reachable.

This ventless fryer and griddle from Wells has a built-in filtration system. Emissions are reduced by four stages of filtration, and sensors continuously track airflow. A fire safety system is also present in this unit. When the filter is blocked, not installed, or if there is a fire, the interlock system prevents the operator from using the fryer or griddle.
