The Wells WVO-2HFG ventless range is a versatile cooking solution, integrating a griddle, French plates, and a convection oven within a fully self-contained ventilation system. Designed for commercial kitchens, catering services, and food courts, this system eliminates the need for external ductwork while maintaining compliance with NFPA 96 and ANSI UL710B standards. The built-in filtration and fire suppression system ensure safety and efficiency in non-traditional cooking locations.
This model features an 18.5" thermostatic-controlled griddle alongside two 9" French-style hot plates, offering flexible cooking options. The integrated convection oven base includes stainless steel construction, full insulation, five heavy-duty oven racks, and programmable solid-state temperature and timer controls. The oven is equipped with a two-speed fan for even heat distribution, making it perfect for baking, roasting, and heating.
The WVO-2HFG includes an advanced four-stage filtration system that removes grease, smoke, and odors, ensuring a clean cooking environment. The ANSUL R-102 fire suppression system is integrated for added protection, and the unit features an interlock system that disables cooking elements if filters are missing or clogged.
For continuous performance, the unit requires (1) Pre-filter (22618) and (1) HEPA Charcoal Filter Pack (22619) to be replaced periodically. The Wells WVO-2HFG provides a compact and powerful cooking solution for commercial operations that require multiple cooking methods in a ventless design.
