Right-to-left operation streamlines unloading of sanitized racks from the dish machine and staging for drying or sorting. A 10-1/2" backsplash and 3" rolled front and side rims contain splashes and keep water on the table.
Built from 16-gauge, 304 stainless steel with stainless steel legs and crossrails, this straight clean table resists daily wear in busy kitchens. The 35" wide by 30" deep surface fits tight footprints while providing ample landing space. Use it to set up an efficient clean side for restaurants, cafeterias, and institutional kitchens.
