Streamline prep and plating with the Advance Tabco EDS-18-60-X, a table-mounted double overshelf that expands vertical storage without sacrificing workspace. Sized 60-1/4"W x 18"D x 32"H overall, it stages smallwares, condiments, and mise en place directly above a 60" table with square ends.
Reposition the adjustable mid shelf to hold hotel pans, spice racks, or cutting boards at the ideal height for your station. Keep frequently used tools within arm’s reach to tighten workflow on busy cooklines, plating lines, or beverage counters.
Fabricated from 18 gauge 430 stainless steel, this unit withstands daily commercial use and wipes down quickly between tasks. It ships KD for easier transport and installation; mounting provision on the table is by others.
