Sized at 72-1/4"W x 18"D x 14"H (overall), it spans a 72" worktable to keep essentials organized and within reach. Constructed of 18 gauge 430 stainless steel, it integrates cleanly into busy back-of-house environments.
Ships knockdown (KD) for on-site assembly and mounts only on 72" tables with square ends. Mounting provision on table by others. Put it to work staging garnishes at the pass, organizing mise en place in prep areas, or holding backup containers on the cookline.
