Five 12" x 20" wells handle standard pans up to 7-3/4" deep, while individual infinite controls let you fine-tune each station for soups, sides, and entrees.
Streamline workflow by prepping on the removable 3/8" thick poly cutting board mounted on the 8" deep stainless steel support shelf, then plate or replenish directly into the wells. A durable stainless steel top cleans quickly between rushes, helping operators maintain presentation and pace without slowing the line.
