This 72-inch, three-section counter organizes ingredients across (30) 1/6-size pan openings while a 10-inch polyethylene cutting board streamlines on-the-line prep and plating. Six pull-out drawers keep backups within reach to speed restocking during rushes.
Equip your sandwich line, salad station, or deli with a rugged build that stands up to daily volume: a stainless steel exterior with galvanized back and bottom paired with an aluminum interior. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration uses eco-friendly R290 and a 1/3 HP compressor to reliably hold cold food product. Furnished pans are 4 inches deep, and both upper and lower drawers accept 6-inch deep pans to support batch prep.
