Its 16" x 20" x 12" bowl handles daily rinsing, soaking, and light warewashing, while dual 18" drainboards keep workflow moving. The balanced 52" width fits neatly into busy prep or dish stations.
Stage sheet pans, bus tubs, and cutting boards on the left or right drainboards to streamline scrapping and air-drying. A 9" backsplash helps contain splashes, and 8" on-center splash-mount faucet holes simplify faucet selection and installation. Smooth surfaces clean quickly between tasks to maintain sanitation standards.
Work confidently with 1-1/2" rolled front and side edges that add strength and comfort. Galvanized steel legs with adjustable, high-impact, corrosion-resistant feet level the sink on uneven floors.
