The Blodgett 911P DOUBLE gas deck pizza oven streamlines high-volume service with two 7-inch-high sections and precise 300–650°F control. Its QHT Rokite deck helps deliver even heat across the 33-inch by 22-inch baking surface, supporting consistent bakes from open-crumb crusts to crispy flatbreads. Ideal for pizzerias, restaurants, and commissaries, it keeps production moving during peak periods.
Built for daily commercial duty, this oven features a stainless steel top, front, sides, and back over a full angle iron frame with crown angle trim. Counter-balanced doors with concealed hinges aid fast loading, while 19-inch stainless steel legs set a comfortable working height and simplify cleaning underneath. A flue connector is included to assist with proper ventilation integration.
Each section delivers 27,000 BTU to maintain temperature and recovery through busy rushes. Use the mechanical FDTH thermostat to dial in targeted heat for classic pies, calzones, and par-baked shells while staging orders across both decks to optimize workflow.
