The self-contained rear-mounted refrigeration system maintains consistent temperatures between 32°F to 41°F, ensuring safe storage for all ingredients. An electronic control with a 3-digit LED display allows for precise temperature monitoring and adjustments, and the unit is ENERGY STAR certified for superior energy efficiency.

Built with a durable stainless steel exterior and anodized aluminum interior, the CLUC-60R-SD-LR is engineered to endure the demands of a high-traffic kitchen environment.
