Its Genesis design and extended 27-inch hood opening let you load trays and sheet pans without slowing the line. Ventless heat recovery captures steam to improve operator comfort.
Achieve consistent, high-temp sanitizing using the built-in stainless steel electric booster delivering a 40°–70° rise. Process up to 40 racks per hour with auto-start, auto-fill, and a powerful 2 HP self-draining pump. Interchangeable upper and lower spray arms target coverage on utensils, trays, and cookware.
Bottom-mounted HMI controls with on-board diagnostics and Rinse Sentry simplify training and service. A door interlock, vent fan control, and automatic drain valve support safe, reliable operation across schools, healthcare, and high-volume kitchens. Stainless steel construction, included peg and flat racks, and single-point electrical connection help you install quickly and keep the dishroom moving.
