A top-mounted precise digital temperature display and Vari-cycle controls let staff monitor and adjust cycles with confidence.

Heat Recovery Condensate Removal and Dry Assist help manage moisture and promote fast dish turnover between loads. A built-in electric booster achieves a 180°F final rinse, while Rinse Sentry extends the cycle as needed to ensure proper sanitization. StemsSure soft start protects delicate glassware and dishes from chipping.

Operators benefit from stainless steel top and side panels and insulated booster and panels that support long-term durability and heat retention. Integrated detergent and rinse aid pumps, an automatic drain cycle, and a pumped drain streamline daily workflow.
