The CMA Dishmachines AH Energy Mizer door type dishwasher accelerates back-of-house workflow with a straight-thru layout and low-temp chemical sanitizing. Engineered for busy commercial kitchens, it processes up to 40 racks per hour to keep pace with peak demand.
Top-mounted controls with auto start/stop simplify operation, while priming switches and a dedicated delimer switch support consistent results and easier upkeep. A Poly Pro scrap accumulator captures debris before it reaches the drain, and durable stainless steel construction stands up to daily service.
Ideal for line, prep, and banquet operations, it includes one open rack and one peg rack to handle dishware, flatware, and glassware. Running on 115V/1-phase power and using just 1.7 gallons per cycle, this unit delivers clean, sanitized ware with NSF and cULus compliance.
