Its straight-thru design cleans up to 40 racks per hour using low temperature chemical sanitizing, helping you keep pace without excessive heat or energy. ENERGY STAR certification supports cost-conscious operation across busy shifts.
Operators gain simple, reliable control via top-mounted controls and auto start/stop. An external sump and Poly Pro™ scrap accumulator capture solids before they reach the drain, and a 1 HP wash pump drives consistent results in a rugged stainless steel cabinet.
With 20-1/2 inch pan clearance, the E-AH-EXT handles sheet pans, mixing bowls, and oversized utensils common in high-volume kitchens. Ideal for restaurants, schools, and facilities that need dependable performance in a compact 25.75-inch-wide footprint.
