This 72" wide platform integrates two 24,000 BTU star burners with 12" square cast iron grates, a 36" griddle with a 3/4" thick plate and manual controls, and a 24" char-broiler. An extra-wide 31" enamel-lined oven and a cabinet base round out a space-efficient cookline anchor.
Drive output and consistency across dayparts. Sear on the char-broiler, flip breakfast on the griddle, and finish batches in the enamel-lined oven—all supported by a total of 188,000 BTU. Chefs and foodservice operators can stage multiple tickets at once, keeping workflow tight during peak service.
Built for demanding operations, this range features a stainless steel exterior, welded frame, 7" backguard, and 6" stainless steel legs. A 2" clearance rating and 37" height to the cook surface aid placement and ergonomics, while NSF, ETL, and cETLus listings support compliance in regulated facilities.
