The Comstock-Castle F33033 72-inch gas range drives high-volume production with twelve powerful star burners and an extra-wide oven. Chefs can sear, boil, and sauté on 12" square cast iron grates while the enamel-lined oven handles baking and roasting. A cabinet base and high shelf help keep tools organized to streamline the line.
Each burner delivers 24,000 BTU for rapid heat-up and strong recovery, supporting demanding rush periods. The 31" oven arrives with one rack and an easy-clean enamel interior to transition from prep to service efficiently. Operators can stage pans below in the cabinet base to tighten workflow.
A stainless steel exterior, welded frame, and 6" stainless steel legs provide durability for daily service. With a 37" cook surface height, a 2" clearance rating, and a total 318,000 BTU output, this commercial range is built for busy restaurants, institutions, and catering kitchens. Certified NSF, ETL, and cETLus, it meets recognized safety and sanitation standards.
