Engineered for high-volume workflows, the Convotherm C4 ED 20.20EB-N roll-in electric combi oven with steam generator streamlines production from prep to plate. Load up to twenty full-size sheet pans or forty 12" x 20" x 1" hotel pans to batch roast, steam, bake, or retherm with consistent results.
Dial in precision with easyDial programmable controls featuring a digital display, 9-stage cooking, and storage for 99 recipes. Four cooking modes—hot air, steam, combi-steam, and retherm—work with a multi-point core temperature probe and five-speed auto-reversing fan to promote even doneness across every rack.
Boost uptime and hygiene with ConvoClean+ fully automatic, hands-free cleaning, an anti-microbial hygienic door handle, and a pull-out spray hose. Stainless steel construction stands up to daily use, while the included (10) wire racks and CSRT2020-4 roll-in trolley support banquet lines, commissaries, and institutional kitchens.
